Simmons Insights: Locate Data for Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations Campaigns In-Person

The new Simmons Insights database replaces the older platform, Simmons OneView. This workshop will provide an overview of how to use Simmons Insights to retrieve useful data for advertising, marketing, and public relations campaigns. Attendees will learn how to use the new Smart Search function to locate variables and build segments, as well as how to create Quick Reports and interpret Crosstabs. Finally, attendees will get an overview of how to customize reports with the new Tool Palette.

Simmons data includes consumer demographics (age, gender, income, etc.), consumer psychographics (behavior, attitudes, perceptions, preferences, etc.), and buying and media habits of U.S. adult consumers. Contact Rebecca Kelley (rkell25@lsu.edu) if you have questions.
