Tales From the Field: Stories From the LSU Vet Med Community
The LSU School of Veterinary Medicine Library invites you to attend the latest edition of our Tales From the Field outreach series, where we shine a spotlight on the school's vision, mission, and values. Our speaker for January is Companion Animal Alliance medical director Dr. Tanner Hernandez. Dr. Tanner will discuss his background, the history of shelter medicine, what the CAA shelter does and how it cares for its animals, its relationship with LSU Vet Med, as well as share some stories of his most interesting clinical cases, followed by Q & A.
Please join us for snacks and refreshments at 5:30pm, with the program scheduled to begin around 5:45pm.
