BIO 1208 & 1209 Workshop - Intro to Research & LSU Libraries In-Person

Join LSU Librarians in this in-person workshop to explore different resources and research strategies that can help you be successful when researching biological science! Goals of this session include the following:

Be able to articulate advantages of using LSU library databases.
Be able to able to understand different databases will give you different results.
Be able to define initial search terms.
Be able to refine searches by adding search terms.
Be able to use selected database to find primary source scientific articles.
Be able to locate and utilize government information and documents for research related to topic.

We'll be meeting in the LSU Main Library in Room 109 across from CC's coffee!
