Witness to Change Book Discussion: "Salvage the Bones" Online
The LSU Libraries - Special Collections is pleased to be hosting Witness to Change: Community Conversations on Coastal Impacts, a book discussion program funded by the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities. This adult reading and discussion program offers participants the opportunity to learn more about issues arising from the complex and changing human relationship to water. See how these issues are both local and global, and join your neighbors in an exploration of how others are adapting to our changing world.
Our April 7 event will be a discussion of the novel Salvage the Bones, by Jesmyn Ward. (Read a description of the book here). Dr. Katie Henninger, associate professor of English at LSU, will lead the discussion. The event will be held virtually via Zoom.
